Transcription Qualifications
Our transcriptionists are all based in British Columbia, and we are proud of the fact that we keep transcription within BC. We do not outsource off-shore and have no intention of doing so.
Our transcriptionists are chosen to match our clients. Our hospital transcriptionists have no less than five years of hospital (health records) experience. Our average transcriptionist has 10+ years of experience.

Turnaround Time
Expedite will work with the client to establish turnaround times to meet their needs. STAT dictations are available and our technology makes it easy to prioritize a report with just the touch of a keypad. No need to call us, our automated system recognizes that your report is important and immediately queues this to the first available transcriptionist.

Quality
Expedite’s team leaders each manage their own client base ensuring that the QA member is familiar with that client’s needs. An independent audit done by the Workers’ Compensation Board of British Columbia in 2002 awarded Expedite a 99.7% accuracy rate.

Reporting
Expedite employs a Transcription System Development Technologist. With each invoicing process our technologist provides the client with comprehensive reports covering the volume, patient names, and any other client specific statistics that are requested.
