With this handy dictation tool, you can dictate anywhere, anytime. Files are stored digitally on the device, and when you are ready, you simply plug it into your computer and files are uploaded from your computer with the click of a button. Tapes are not required for this device. It is light and small in size (approximately the size of an average cell phone).

Dial in dictation is available from any land line or mobile phone, 24 hours a day. For those who are outside of the Vancouver area, or for those traveling out of town, there is a toll free long-distance line available for your convenience. Dictations are sent via the phone line to our server, and are typed by the first available transcriptionist.

Our newest state of the art dictation tool enables the user to dictate directly to their PC and upload the files to Expedite from anywhere in the world. This technology is provided by Dataworxs, our technology supplier, and is available for a small monthly licence fee.
